Repair:

We replace worn bearings or bushings as needed. New bushings are
electroplated to extend their useful life. Next we replace brushes. We
then revarnish the armature and bake it solid. Finally, the armature is
dynamically balanced to ensure maximum efficiency.

Rewinding:

We can rewind your motor to change its specifications; including voltage,
power, frequency and RPM. We will replate the motor if necessary.

Hi-Pot & Electrical Analysis:

This test can determine the integrity of the insulation on the armature
windings. As the insulation degrades, shorts will occur. This is a
precursor of motor failure. Each short reduces the efficiency of the
motor, which increases its operating temperature. The rate at which the
insulation degrades increases with a rise in operating temperature. As
these two factors feed off of each other, the result is inevitable. With this
test we can give you advanced notice.
